What surfaces can you clean?
We can clean most outdoor surfaces including Block Paving, Slabs, Tarmac, Concrete and Decking (Timber or Composite).
How long does the cleaning take?
Every job is different, so we will advise you when we quote for the job. Usually a small standard driveway or patio will take a few hours to complete, but obviously the larger the area and the condition it is in will dictate how long it will take to clean.
Will l need to clear all of the driveway or patio of items such as pots etc.?
Yes, we do ask that the area is clear before we arrive to clean your drive or patio, however if you want us to remove objects we can arrange this for you for a small fee, but we will not be held responsible for any breakages that may occur.
How long will the clean last?
Every job is different but we recommend you should clean your driveway or patio every 12 – 18 months to keep them looking their absolute best. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee how long it will take before weeds and moss grow back however if you apply weedkiller every 3-6 months it should keep them away or we can arrange to do this for you.
Do we offer a warranty for all our work?
Yes, absolutely. All of our work comes with a warranty.
What type of machinery do we use?
High pressure rotary washers and jet lances.
Do we use chemicals?
Yes. All of our chemicals are environmentally & pet friendly.
What types of stains can be removed?
Most stains such as oil, grease, break dust, lichen, moss and algae can be removed.
Does our driveway cleaning remove oil stains?
Yes. Most oil stains can be quickly removed to leave your drive looking as good as new. However, in some situations, namely those where the stain has been there for a long time, we may need to treat the area with a sealant after cleaning. This will blend out any small residual stains.
What is Sealing?
Once we have jet washed and chemically cleaned the surfaces of your property, we’d highly recommend that you take advantage of our sealing service. Whether it’s your driveway, patio or paths, sealing those surfaces will ensure they stay looking newer for longer and repellant from oil and grease deposits.
What is Surface Painting?
Using a market leading paint process we can restore a wide range of surfaces such as block paving, tarmac, bitumen, asphalt and decking, that can protect and ensure your driveway looks as good as new for as long as possible.
Do we need access to water?
Yes we do. Ideally we require an outdoor water tap, however if you haven’t got one, most of the time we can connect to an indoor supply to gain water.
Are our staff fully trained?
Yes. All of our staff are fully trained, experienced and CRB checked. They are fully uniformed, polite and will leave your premises clean and tidy.
Are we insured?
Yes our company is fully insured.
Will we leave your property clean and tidy?
Obviously cleaning driveways and patios in any weather conditions can be messy, however we will ensure your property is clean and tidy before we leave, and we will of course take anything away with us such as dirt, weeds etc.
